i always find the staff really friendly. i received an upgrade upon arrival and was given a signature king room. the location is really central. i felt safe and welcome as a lone female , like coming home.
breakfast is now self service , heated up under cloches , not served at the table freshly made. this made me choose to go out for breakfast elsewhere. i do miss the personal touch.

I found the location convenient for exploring the city. It was a short walk to grafton street! the staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist. the hotel bar offered excellent drinks, especially with fausto's service, which i thoroughly enjoyed. the rooms were impeccably clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I slept soundly.
during my stay, i did notice that the room i booked was smaller than the photos online. this discrepancy was a bit disappointing considering the otherwise high standards of the hotel.

The location was SO central! It made walking to all the attractions really easy. The staff, including Francesca, Alex, and Angie, were polite and professional. The food was AMAZING!!! I particularly appreciated the excellent food and linens. The comfy beds were also a HUGE plus.

i loved the comfortable room i had. it felt spacious. the oversized toiletries were a nice touch! i also appreciated roger's accommodating service in the dining room. he.
the bar staff needed some attention . it was repeatedly difficult to order drinks, even while sitting right at the bar! i think a bit of retraining here would make a big difference.
